these are the terms you agree to when you order from us. we've written them in plain english on purpose.
this site sells eden & co. art prints and jewelry. orders are taken and fulfilled through our shopify store at shop.edenandco.shop, and shopify’s own terms apply to the checkout itself.
prices are shown on each product page in us dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. prints are priced by how large they’re printed, so each size carries its own price and the shop page shows the smallest as a “from”. jewelry is priced per piece.
placing an order is an offer to buy. the contract forms when we confirm the order by email. if something is mispriced or out of stock after you order, we’ll tell you and refund you in full rather than quietly substitute or cancel.
stock is live from shopify, but a size or a piece can sell out between you loading the page and reaching checkout.
free shipping in the us — free, always — no minimum. orders leave our us warehouse within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 4–7 days from order.
delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. once a parcel is with the carrier, its timing is outside our control.
risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
if an order arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, that’s on us — tell us and we’ll replace it or refund you, including postage. nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
prints are giclée on heavyweight matte art paper with archival pigment inks, unframed, shipped rolled in a tube. jewelry is solid metal, nickel-free, hand-polished. paper stock and metal finish vary slightly batch to batch, and screens render colour differently from paper, so the exact shade may differ a little from the photography.
follow the care instructions on the product page. a print left in direct sunlight, or a piece worn in a swimming pool, isn’t a fault.
the designs, typesetting, photography, and written copy on this site belong to us. buying a piece buys you the piece — not the right to reproduce the design.
we don’t exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t let us exclude. beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
